so its been a long time since i posted in this place.. last year actually.
so im thinking that i need some milk. i have not eaten anything today but guacamole and chips,. but if i had some milk at least i would have some cereal and my head wouldnt hurt so much.
yes, this is what happens when i get abandoned by my brother for a whole week and i have a lack of car+license.
Xmas break has been fun except for the whole part of me being abandoned for days and ot being able to go home and visit and spend time in some actual cold weather. i guess its all part of a tradeoff.
so i decided im quitting media moguls and declaring war on the panam birds. stupid birds... i was pooped on twice. NEVER AGAIN!!!
i havent seen some people int he longest time though... maybe everyone got lost in their way to this new year.. meh
saturday was fun. we went to nikki's ( dude ranch. )

so i beat the game!
i finally know whats wrong with my baby (computer)....
it was the stupid RAM... but now im all set up.. i can edit video, listen to music and be online all at the same time, while playing games.. my coputer rocks!
now all i have to do is figure out if my old RAM is dead or i simply needed another 512
oha dn learn the lyrics to kelly clarkson's songs so i can sing along hahhah only alexis knows why i would sing to k.c.'s songs...
im so bored, have a car, no license and hw to do
i think im might break the law so i can celebrate that my computer works!

stupid, stupid me.. stupid imagination, making me believe theres something when theres nothing
they say imagination is a powerful tool that creates and innovates.. mine just keeps me away from class and unhappy most of the time tehrefore no more imagination for me.. im as dull as a screwdriver

we took the plosci test.. jorge got a 98 with no extra credit... paola gets a 95 with extra credit
crime does pay...
oh and i updated my ( MUST WATCH MOVIE LIST )
i also went to bother vivian at hollywood and saw some good movies that i wanted for 5 bucks... mmm.. movies.. meh ill just skip food for the rest of the week and not got out on weekends.. soon people will see me, think im a hobo and feed me out of charity..

i had put off watching monster's ball for the longets time cause i thought it would be a cheessy, boring movie. however today i was left home alone fo the whoooole weekend (yes, back to being in house arrest) nad since i already watched every other movie i have i decided to check monsters ball instead of watching eurotrip fo rthe 100th time and sing along to "scotty doesnt know"
well i did and i loooves it! halle berry is a very good actress (why did she even do catwoman?!?!) and billy bob thorton, peter boyle... whew! even p diddy was good. i loved the plot and the acting but most of it i loved the score. there was no soundtrack, just score and it was one of the best scores ive heard. its there with requiem for a dream and amelie... the music was so subtle you forgot it was there and you could concentrate in the scene and the acting, yet it was there and you could notice it. it was lovely, perfect, charming and complemented. it streched the film, it told you what was going on and how to feel but at the same time it left you in suspense... it made you feel soltitude when the character was lonely, it made your heart feel like it was ripping when her heart was breaking, it made you feel uncertainty when you were supposed to be unsure of what to think...
wowie...
except for some scenes that i had to fastforward (eeeek!) monster's ball was a great movie..
i want the score sooo bad now..
im in no-speaking terms with chevelle and i founds my love for hot hot heat growing this summer... i cant stop listening to them
and zero 7.. well im glad i made a copy of all those cds for jorge, otherwise i would be stuck with nothing
other than that life seems.. well why lie? its not peachy at all...

6 MORE TESTS AND I GRADUATE
yeah!
i was dancing old school rap style to "baby dont hurt me" from the night at the roxbury...
oh and im gonna go visit the weekend of the 10th of july so i can see you all...
oh and i passed my admissions exam to "el tec".. its a stupid, dumb spanish version of SAT.. yeha i got a 1525/1600.. OWNED! haha and i dont get any scholarships anyway... blarg!
it was so easy that the math portion you didnt need a calculator and i had time to do them all my problems twice and still have time left over... it was dumb
well i have to go do some payments for my ma

worst summer... if not very close to it..
so whats this person been up to?
lets see:
*theres school
*school
*and oh yes, school!
i have to wake up at 6 am, take a shower and drive my brother to work. then drive all the way to saltillo to school. stay at school till 2pm. drive to my parents office to eat lunch, do some hw and talk to people online. go back to school at 5 and stay there until 9pm.. arg!
not fun, plus the teachers dont go on fridays... balrg! if i knew that... psh!
and to top it today was baaaaad.. i crashed!
yes it was the dumbest, most unintelligent way of crashing. not cool...
then i ripped my school credential in half, left the keys inside my camper, didnt get any signatures, no hw done, no tv, no friends and im still scared from the crash...
oh yes and i have to go from 7 to 8 to some dumb orientation thing... blarg
no video camera and no camera...
the plus side is that i get to drive whenever i want wherever i want.. and i can get coffee in the morning. even though it made me too hyper
this level of independence is not evertyhing its worked up to be..

have i ever told you how much i looooooove and i mean looooove muse, zoe and rage against the machine?
so the stupid time change... lost one hour to nothingness... worst decision EVER (roomie style) it got me sooo messed up...
yesterday i slept until 7pm! no kidding and i cant go to bed until 5 am! wth?!?! so in one of those days where i had nothing to do and no one to talk to i got a dwnloading attack and i got muse, rage against the machine, fase, muse, zoe and natalia lafurcade.. music that really cheered me up
so i loved them and chevelle too.. i must check out the new hot hot heat.. i love them too..
parentals didnt come this weekend :( and may not come next :'( but david will! or so he said
missed school friday (oh oh) no.. i did not skip! i was "sick".. get it right
less than two months!!
pierre is going to cannes! im soo jealous.. he gets to be there a month or more behind the scenes of the festival! arg!
my brothers friends are funny! oh and i found hellsing on tv! hehehe

today was soooo much fun...
so there i was all blarg, doing my cal hw, home alone with some swing music on when i get a call from my cousin..
"hey paola, we are in mcallen. wanna go bowling with us?"
how could i say no to that? so i said yes and 20 min later they came home... we hanged out for a while and then headed for the flamingo bowl, which i think changed their name.. anywho, on the way there we got lost thanks to me (ooops.. got the wrong turn) but we somehow make it there and then we got a lane for 5: my aunt, my 3 cousins and me (my uncle didnt want to play). so we played for 2 hrs and two games and surprisingly I WON BOTH OF THEM! we had a thing where the one who loses has to make dinner, but since the youngest lost we just stopped on the way home for tacos hehehe
than my cousin who is an addict to those machines got me a cat in the hat stuffed animal, one of the best childrens book! heheh it was funny the whole thing and how he got it
man! i wish i had a camera...
cant wait for summer to see them all again.. then we become kinda of the kids from cheaper by the dozen times 10... all fun times!
i also learned guys are stupid once they hit puberty hahah that was funny too
i want a camera NOW!
friday we were gonna have the 2nd annual hunt since ulli is here but everyone canceled so instead nerey, ulli and i went to the movies and watched sin city... goood movie.. reminded me of the times when i used to read comics.. a lot.. waaay better than sky captain and the world of tomorrow (i thought it was gonna be similar). i loved how everything was black and white except blood, red, the yellow guy... all the symbolic artistic stuff.. love movies
then they stayed over and we watched eurotrip since ulli had never seen it and i looove it and reservoir dogs cause ulli had never seen it in english and of course its a darn good movie with awesome music.. sorry i fell asleep before it ended though
ulli did bring me the german rocks! hehe yay! now i just need german music
oh and i watched a good movie called up close & personal with robert redford (now i get why mom says he was/is hot).. it was goood but it also made me cry, arg! you drama

today i found the awesome-mest treasure ever.. a little suitcase hidden in the corner of my closet filled with pictures
me when i was in kinder, me when i used to do my dance recitals, my mom and dad when they were young, my brothers when they were in high school... it was wonderful just to sit in my closet watching them all
then i wen to HEB to do some quick buying and totally forgot about the nhs thingies so soon i might be a walking corpse
and ap bio tutorial afterschool is not that bad i actually enjoyed it... what a nerd huh?
im sad... both cameras are broken and im starting to really miss them now :( my baby (my computer) is not working yet and my parents want me to get contact lenses and got o prom.. and dont get me started about prom... arg!
lately i've been sulking a lot, but then again i think its my fault.. if not then who? i mean there is the music but thats not quite it...
but i had a date with dimple!! boy was that fun!?!? we need another one of those dimple and yes ill pay next time.. i think i got some buckaroos now
soon ill be 19, still in high school and with sooo much to still experience and learn... yay for another year and the soon to come summer that i get to spend home... i just found out ill get to see everyone i wanted to!

So spring break was hectic, fun and awesome! specially since i got ( my baby )
isnt it beautiful? yes it is.. i mean it has a camper! how cools is that? its better than a car cause i can load it up and better than a truck cause its all covered. plus if i go on a road trip, i dont have to pay for a hotel, i can sleep in my camper! muahhahaha
and its not beat up and ugly... its raw beauty! my love: a 1993 chevrolet camper/truck... ::exhales::
so yeah and it only has a radio and well.. to tell you the truth.. saltillo radio stations suck! so i had this huge set up to listen to music from a mp3 player.. it was great! specially when i didnt have the transmitter so i had to put on my headphones and people would stare at me on the stops while i was jamming to chevelle, kinky, green day, the pixies or fobia... the epitome of awesomeness
on the other hand i got to see what my life would have been if i stayed and well.. it was great! so that made me a little sad...
on the weekend ( i went to san miguel for a quick trip of 1 and a half day )
and then back to the valley for school although i missed monday cause that day i was on the road... oh yeah and i got to drive from san miguel to saltillo cause jorge was sleepy.. i was going 140 kmh... ooopps until david caught up with me so i lowered it to 120-130 kmh hehehe that was fun
now back to school and 9 wks.... arg!

oh well that was my first drive in movie.. haha i had so much fun.
saturday was so good.. so since i didnt sleep thurs night, my mom didnt even called me sat until 6 pm hahah i woke up late took a shower and went with jorge downtown to look for a gift for maritza. we went to the gallery... i love that place for some weird reason. jorge keeps insisting on getting dreads and he wants me to do it too hahah i told him i would if everything goes ok with his hahah and then said that i can do it cause im going off to college anywho.. wth?
my comp is till being weird and crashing on me
i have to do tons of activities for spring break and i havent started.. and i cant stop lying.. to everyone even myself.. i think i must go to that compulsive lying thingy hahah
oh i need to upload pics..
so far its been 5 days without ice cream... 35 more to go and ice cream is already screaming my name..

arg! yesterday was such an awesome day afterschool and then it all went down so fast.. my stupid comp will shut down every 5 secs because there is a problem with "the last installed hardware" which by the way is all my hardware! so i couldnt figure it out and now it wont even go into windows itll just stay there!

anywho... mr. / mrs. d´hemecourt came over and we went to dinner and then to my house to talk about his computer and to watch a movie with mrs. d´hemecourt.. she reminded of my grandma so much.. sniff sniff... well after all they are my adoptive grandparents.. i must get them mr. d´hemecourt a mit cap...
now im finally home so im soooo happy
i get to meet the girl my brother is going out with, hang out with friends... but also test all days from here till friday so i need to do tons of hw and studying for that! oh well

wooohooo! at last my computer is up and runnign and so i make my frist post with my comp! yay! only problme is i dont have a monitor so i had to steal the one from the other comp which i know will for certain annoy my bro.. oh well
in other news... yes, im a rebel muahahah! me rachel and felipe haha btw i think mr. e is still mad at me because he was giving me the eyes/glaring thing at me durign TAMOSAS meeting... i guess i should apologize :S
now i have to do some essays and behave... it was funny though how my brotehr just laughed when i told him what happened and said it was ok since govt is not important. i really believe is not, plus i hate this govt for obvious reasons... maybe i shouldnt say that online... oh well im okay with bush i just dont like the whole school system
today i was screwed over by two test and i had to listen to an hour presentation on some subject which seemed uninteresting to me, and then english where we did nothing but brainstorm for a eddie project for jenny.... im still thinking sista/leprechaun...
